Ingredients

Maize Starch, Edible iodised salt, Contains permitted synthetic food colour(s) (INS 102, INS 110) and added flavour (nature identical and artificial flavouring substance - Vanilla flavour)

Directions

Blend 2 level tablespoons (25 g) with 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of milk taken from 1/2 litre of milk to form a custard paste. Add 4 level tablespoons of sugar (60 g) to the remaining milk and boil it. Add the custard paste slowly to the boiling milk and stir well for approx 1-2 minutes. Chill and pour over jelly, ice cream, fruits and nuts as per taste and serve.
