Keep Frozen (-18°C) Thawing and refreezing may affect quality of the product Cooking Instructions Tava / Flat Pan: Preheat a flat pan to medium heat. Place frozen paratha on pan flipping both sides until golden brown. Remove from pan, place on a hard surface and beat with hands from both sides to make it fluffy. Oven / Toaster: 175°C for 4-5 minutes maximum
