Directions

Mix 2 level tbsp (25 gm) of Chozen Custard Powder with 3 tbsp of milk (60 ml) from the 500 ml to form a custard paste. Boil the remaining milk and add 4 tbsp of sugar (50 gm). Add the prepared custard paste slowly to the boiling milk on continuous stirring for 1-2 mins.
