Directions

Boil 1.5 litre milk with 350ml of water in a vessel. Add Elite Vermicelli Payasam Mix to the boiling milk, cook in medium flame with intermittent stirring, for 20-25 minutes to get desired consistency. Serve hot with a drizzle of ghee or a dash of butter.
