Ingredients
Mixed Masala: Corn flour (50%), Chilli (15%), Salt (10%), Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Garlic, Cloves, Cardamom, Kasturi Methi leaf, Cumin and Star aniseeds.
Directions
Clean 1kg chicken pieces. Mix with 100g Manakkadu Chicken 65 Powder. Add ginger garlic paste and egg to the mixture (no need to add chilli & salt). Marinate the contents for half an hour. Keep the kadai with hot oil for deep frying. Remove the mixture when it becomes gold in colour. Now the tasty Chicken 65 is ready to serve and enjoy. The powder can also be used to prepare Chilli Gobi, Chilli Mushroom, Chilli Baby Corn and Chilli Soya Chunks.
