* Keep it in a cool, dry place * Once opened, store in an airtight container and use within one month or by the expiry date, whichever is earlier1. Sterilise the scoop provided before use 2. Always use clean utensils and feeding spoons 3. Discard any unused feed and do not reuse 4. Wash your hands and ensure all utensils are clean 5. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes to ensure it is disinfected 6. Allow the water to cool until lukewarm, measure 45 ml and add to a bowl 7. Add 1 level scoop (20 g) of cereal, stir and feed immediately with a clean spoon 8. Ensure food is consumed within half an hour
