Storage

Keep Frozen at -18°C Thawing and refreezing may affect quality of the product Cooking Instructions Preheat oil for deep frying, remove frozen product and immerse into the hot oil, reduce the flame and fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Remove from fryer and drain excess oil before serving. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Fry directly from frozen for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Lightly spray fillets with oil and air-fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C. Place fillets on a baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes, turning once for even crispiness Ensure internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F) before consumption
