Keep Frozen (-18°C) Thawing and refreezing may affect quality of the product Cooking Instructions Preheat oil for deep frying, remove frozen product and immerse into the hot oil, reduce the flame and fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Remove from fryer and drain excess oil before serving Deep Fry - Heat oil to 180°C. Fry frozen fish fingers for 3-4 minutes until golden brown Air Fry - Preheat to 200°C. Place in a single layer & air-fry for 8-10 mins, flipping halfway Bake - Preheat to 220°C. Bake for 15-18 minutes, turning once for even crispness
